Job Description
- Understand markets, competition and customer/user requirements in depth.
- Communicate, and analyze with Stakeholders to clearly define the business
- requirements.
- Follow the implementation of requirements, ensure it’s suitable and reasonable to satisfy
- the user demands/needs.
- Successfully translate business strategies into specific objectives/ scopes and roadmap,
- aligning efforts of the organizations with other stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross functional teams (Driver operation, Operation, BnP, BD,
- Campaign teams etc.) to ensure the consistent product and best user experience.
- Work closely with local/regional product teams to sync up product features and
- troubleshoot issues.
- Consolidate user and department feedback and compose process/product feature
- improvements.
- Deliver new initiatives/solutions, implement usage initiatives targeting business strategy.
- Priority to assure that all requirements are supported in a cost-effective, timely manner,
- with a resulting high level of User satisfaction;
- Ensure the team provides the necessary solutions and support to internal teams.
- Execute end-user web and mobile testing if needed.
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
- 3+ years of experience as product manager in a product management, engineering
- and technology strategy role.
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Good communication and presentation skills, can convert business feedback into
- technical requirements and vice versa.
- Good understanding of business model(s) of any fields;
- Data-driven, able to make use of either raw data, data charts/dashboards and funnels to
- get proper insights.
- Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to
- get the job done.
- Eager to learn about technologies and the ecommerce industry.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, English is a must

Hiện tại MOBIO có khoảng 60 nhân sự, với trên 80% là nhân sự làm sản phẩm (Dev, BA, Test, UI/UX).
