In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities
- Fashion women and bag seller/brand acquisition and incubation
- Acquisition: following the hunting list, finding contact, calling seller/brand and finding the decision maker to convince them onboard on TikTok Shop. Support them to open Shop and build TikTok Account.
- Incubation: Support Fashion women and bag Seller/brand to operate on TikTok Shop well, growth their business from zero to hero. Understand their expectation, matching with category expectation and resources to help seller/brand grow together with category growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Good at communication
- Good analytical thinker
- Comfortable with data processing

Preferred Qualifications
- Good Excel knowledge [Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot table, etc]
- Actively enrolled University student
- Good at negotiation
- Patient, enthusiasm, hard-work
