Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project specifications and designs.
Manage multiple architectural projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
Oversee the architectural engineering team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural engineering.
Develop and implement project management processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

A bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, civil engineering, or a related field
Problem- solving abilities and attention to detail.
Fluent in English
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proven experience as an Architectural Engineering Manager (from 10 years of experience)
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
