What will you do
Search and develop a network of potential customers (F&B, restaurant,...) Implementing plans and signing contracts with customers are not reasonable on the Soctrip platform
Supports usage methods of product features for assigned customer groups
Build and control good customer relationships.
Support point of sale and resolve customer related issues
Work with relevant departments to propose appropriate customer requirements, improving sales experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with food service aggregator platforms (ShopeeFood, Grab, Gojek, Baemin, etc)
Prefer to have experience in expanding online sales channels with other third parties: Fintech, Delivery, E-retailers...
Knowledge of Aggregator sales and advertising platforms
Good at communication, negotiation.
Digital media analytics, reporting, dashboards and software. Ability to direct internal data analyst resources
Strong critical thinking, presentation and decision-making skills
