We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to become a key member of our talented team in Hanoi, which includes software engineers, research engineers, product managers, and test engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for rigorously testing our products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards before being released to millions of users on mobile, web, and 3rd party platforms.

The core job

• Collaborate closely with the Test Lead to understand product feature requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of comprehensive test strategies and plans for each product release.
• Develop detailed test plans, execute test cases, and prepare thorough test summary reports for features across various platforms such as web applications, REST APIs, and internal tools.
• Log and track bugs, coordinating efficiently with product and engineering teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Evaluate test results, provide actionable recommendations for product quality improvements, and review related documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring thorough testing coverage and quality assurance.
• Mentor and train junior team members.

You must have

• 3++ years of experience testing mobile or web applications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• Familiarity with QA tools such as TestRail, JIRA, Postman, etc.
• Knowledge of web optimization, security, and user behavior tracking tools.
• A proactive self-starter who can take ownership of significant product areas.
• Strong aptitude for rapid learning.
• Good English
