• This role will lead a team of data warehouse engineers in designing, building and maintaining our data warehouse. You will also be responsible for working with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data warehousing needs.

• Deliver data quality of Data Warehouse team
• Build & develop capability of data warehouse team
• Deliver data service which act as a feasible, reliable, transparent data source for advanced analysis & AI/ML models purpose.
• Contribute & driven in enhance data security & data governance framework.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and Enhance Data Quality:
• Contribute, follow & enforce data quality standards and guidelines to ensure accurate, reliable, and robust data warehouse services.
• Build, Deliver & Monitor Data Services:
• Define data warehouse models, build and deliver reliability and efficiency data warehouse services, ensure adherence to quality standard, and optimize for analytics purpose.
• Collaborate and Advise:
• Monitor team's resource(budget, personnel, hardware, software, ...), communicate & work with IT team, to ensure the stability of infrastructure for data science projects & data warehouse services.
• Work closely with data science, data analysis, and data delivery team to identify and prioritize data warehousing needs.
• Communicate quality standards to teams and provide training and support as necessary.
• Documentation:
• Ensure thorough documentation of data quality standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Continuous Development:
• Involve in team's activity & strengthen team's engagement.
• Manage a team up to 4 members, provide guidance support in task delivery & skillset improvement.
• Identify & develop required skillset that best fit for company & personal career path.
  
  
  

Demand & Productivity driver

• 5 years or experience working in Data Engineer with 2 years at project lead level.
• Strong technical understanding & experience of data modeling, data warehousing architecture and ETL process.
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, ...)
• Strong Technical understanding of Big Data technology and open source system.
• Experience in hands-on, planning, organizing, and managing resource in deliver data warehouse project.
• Strong understanding of data quality delivery(term, process, framework, tools, ...).
• Well communicate skill with internal team and external client stakeholder.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms.
  
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineer, or equivalent fields.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Financial analysis business fields (e.g. MBA, Finance, Business Analytics, etc.) would be considered as a strong plus
