To monitor day to day “daily pick up reports” and be able to suggest, advise and implement to ensure highest possible room nights, rate and occupancy in all segments in current month
and the forthcoming 3 months as well as to monitoring cancellation and no show to ensure the lowest figure in these areas and to ensure that the property processed the penalty as per
its policy.
Oversight with sales/marketing and the property teams to conduct/review/critique the “weekly revenue management strategy meeting” in all areas covered based on the revenue
management manual and be able to suggest restriction/ yield where necessary in order to ensure revenue for the property is being maximized and ensure that decisions are
implemented.
Ensure the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of room revenue.
Review and critique property “month end report” and be able to advise and suggest effective activity and adjustments going forward.
Plans, actions and inputs in the annual sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the property’s annual budget.
Support and advise property with annual room revenue budget.
Support property in effective room revenue forecast to ensure realistic, and reachable forecasts.
To monitor the competitor’s availability & pricing on daily basis using our rate shopping tool
Oversee property website/3rd party site to ensure rate and availability as well as hotel information is updated.
Support property in effective group sales control chart in relation to the rate offer, number of rooms available and validity of the holding of a tentative group block by using an option date.
Oversee the property reservation process including reservation release and allotments.
Support/advise property team as well as sales and marketing with decision made on what selling/revenue strategy should be changed or adjusted.
Develop and maintains standards and procedural manuals both SOP and best current practice related to revenue management which will be approved by the general manager.
Control/analyze/support property in the room inventory process by using necessary tools in controlling inventory as per revenue management manual.
Ensure that property is up to date with current information and data of the hotel product including room type, room rate, package and restrictions.
Maintain effective communication amongst the properties.
To ensure that training is carried out and results monitored.
Provide coaching and counseling, support and guidance to employees and management as required.
Guide and direct Online Sales team in ensuring each product gets maximum possible visibility on all Online Channels.
Ensure Channel management software is used on a regular basis by all property teams
Ensure Best Rate Guarantee Scheme is understood and followed, assist reservations where needed

Yêu cầu công việc
At least Bachelor degree in any field.
At least 2 years experience in revenue management leadership.
Results oriented, strong people management and leadership skills.
Understand all kinds of hotel distribution process.
Strong in analytical, problem solving skills and execution of work.
Strong in inter-personality skill and friendly.
Strong English communication skills and computer literate
