As a Sales Executive, you will manage Accounts and Ensure Sales Achievement in Assigned Territory & Product lines, assist District Sales Managers in relieving their duties whenever necessary

Your opportunity

• Manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively
• Develop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
• Proactive and creative in solving problems in managing customers’ complaints by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
• Coordinate with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers
• Work closely with the Professional Service team to deliver the post-sales service for maximum customer satisfaction
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Have a Bachelor in Health/Science
• Have 3 years of multinational companies experience in Pharmaceutical sales
• Have effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Have creative problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Have customer complaint handling skill
