GTM solution and positioning:
Research and analyze the target accounts in FPT IS and establish first contact point to the stakeholders.
Demonstrate the ability to analyze industry trends, client challenges and how FPT IS' products, solutions and services can solve their needs.
Demonstrate understanding of key personas to target and the key messaging to be delivered.
Generate and maintain active engagements with customers and prospects.
Inbound and outbound initiatives to generate pipeline:
Quickly analyze inbound leads and deploy GTM approach.
Understand target accounts and create a plan to successfully achieve outbound success.
Run a structured nurturing process for converting Prospect to Lead.
Qualify leads by leveraging the FPT IS sales process.
Work alongside Marketing, Partners, and Sales in the handover process of a lead through to opportunity.
Market feedback:
Aggregate market information and provide feedback to the necessary stakeholders which allows for further GTM refinement.
Forecasting and reporting:
Key aspect will be to accurately forecast lead conversion.
Understand pipeline build requirements to hit targets and provide insightful reporting to management and the region operated within.Bachelor's degree (or equivalent degree) in Economics, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Sales Rep within the technology industry.
Proficient in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills with innovative thinking and creativity.Working time: Mon - Fri, 8.30 - 17.30. 12 annual leaves.
