1. Operation Preparation
• Check and clean all equipment used during any activity or recreational event.
• Prepare amenity as standard and ensure all ready before booked activity
• Check reservation and guest in-house counting and VIPs list
• Liaise with other departments to ensure that experience operations run smoothly and that bookings are taken correctly, adhered to, and billed correctly
2. Main duty
• Conduct excursions and activities inside and outside of the resort in a safe and efficient manner that provides a high standard of service to the guest.
• Provide accurate information about available activities at the resort, gym usage, equipment usage rules and regulations.
• Present and introduce the activities compendium and or activity schedule to guests, suggesting suitable activities that provide for a personalized experience and answering questions regarding activities.
• Effectively communicate with guests – verbally and through body language - to respond to any additional requests and to determine when an activity has been completed.
• Communicate between, organizer, supervisor, guide, and confidant to all hosts within the team.
3. Guest Service Related
• Give exceptional service to go beyond the expectations of all guests.
• Take and receive comments and feedback, while at the same time be able to give clear, concise constructive feedback.
4. Shift Closure
• Report any damage or excessive wear for proper replacement.
• At the end of the day ensure all equipment is checked and collected
General
Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with your colleagues.
Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming and hygiene guidelines and report for duty punctually.
Complete any other duty assigned by superior
Participate in training as required and the building of an efficient Experience team.
Keep a professional working manner and show enthusiasm/ motivation at all times.
Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Experience Department policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety

- Experience in a similar role in luxury hotel brands with proven results.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
