Position: Coal Handling Mechanical Senior Technician - Energy

Job Code: 111599

- Working location: Site Office (Thanh Hoá)

- Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Responsibility
1. Provide technical/safety information to get the correct maintenance manner, and keep maintenance safe, and environmentally friendly. Conduct root cause analysis with engineer/supervisor, and propose permanent solution. Improve the technical skills of the team through internal discussion/training.
2. Idea proposal of localization or modification to improve maintenance conditions and reduce maintenance costs.
3. Track Work Request, create Work Order, JESA from CMMS for in charge area, and plan to fix. Upload maintenance data to CMMS.
4. Support engineer/supervisor to prepare scheduling resources and execute preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and plant shutdown jobs to increase reliability of operation of equipment/system.
5. Planning, balancing, and distributing outsourcing manpower to team members for daily maintenance work.
6. Directly participate in maintenance and repair of equipment with teammates
7. Support engineer/supervisor in budget preparation, contingency planning, project, MOC…
8. Daily report supervisor.
9. Other jobs assigned by the manager

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender:  only male
・Age: 30 - 45
・Graduated from University with a major in Mechanical Engineering.
・Language: English - Business level 
・Experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience in plant maintenance engineering or equivalent industrial environment including maintenance engineering of plant mechanical equipment and maintenance work planning
+ Ability to conduct Planning and problem analysis regarding FGD, ASH, and Coal facilities of the supercritical coal power plant
+ Ability to Interpret Mechanical drawing, Hydraulic drawing, and the result of diagnosis of mechanical troubles.
+ Familiar with P&ID drawing, visual inspection, and periodic maintenance for local mechanical facilities such as FGS, ASH, coal handling systems, auxiliaries, etc.

<Preferable skills > :
- Having a certificate of completion in mechanical theory, hydraulic control mechanism, coal management
- Having a certificate of completion for the training course on routine or preventive maintenance in a supercritical coal boiler power plant.
- Having a certificate of completion for the training course on the routine or preventive maintenance work of FGD, ASH, Coal system of Supercritical coal boiler power plant
