- Check domestic payment request documents and enter them into the MISA accounting software.

- Monitor and record prepaid expense documents and allocate them by month.

- Allocate purchasing costs related to imported materials.

- Prepare accounts receivable and payable reports at the end of each month.

- Review and reconcile input VAT account data monthly and prepare the VAT input tax declaration to submit to the chief accountant.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Experience as an AP accountant.

- Proficient in Excel.

- Able to use accounting software for bookkeeping.

- Capable of reading and writing in English.
