• Operational Execution: Oversee and follow up on daily and weekly production plans to ensure all output targets are met on time.

• Documentation Management: Build and maintain a structured system of production documents and standards to ensure consistency across the shop floor.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor production data and prepare detailed KPI reports to provide management with clear insights into factory performance.

• Technical Problem Solving: Lead investigations into quality issues or machine breakdowns to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with QA, Maintenance, and Team Leaders to identify and execute improvement projects (Kaizen) that enhance productivity.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields. 

- 1–3 years in production, planning, QC, or engineering. 

- Documentation & standardization, analytical skills, process control, project &improvement support, report management.

- Understanding of materials science, experience in heat treatment is an advantage(IH), Knowledge of CNC programming(Machining), proficiency in reading mechanical machining drawings(All).

- English 4 skill.
