YOUR TASKS

• Provide operational management and support at the service center to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments
• Assists with operational procedures, including sorting, loading/unloading activities, shipment processing and documentation, manifesting, bagging, sending shipment status information, and accepting/securing over-the-counter payments
• Dispatches pick-up and delivery information in a timely and efficient manner; arranges daily pick-up schedules
• Process inbound material upon arrival and make sure material is available to the couriers and that material notgoing out for delivery is secured according to the Security policy and procedures
• Process outbound material according to the latest processes and procedures
• Carry out any administrative task that is required for the Service Centre
• Assist in ensuring operational practices and procedures are carried out effectively
• Work with sub-contractors, ensuring all activities are being carried out timely and meet service standards
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• 1 - 2 years relevant experience
• Completed high school
• Communication skills (English and local language): spoken and written
• Must be able to lift up to seventy (70) lbs. occasionally
• Must be able to lift forty (40) lbs. frequently
• Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly
• Driving License (current and valid)
• Fork Lift License (preferable)
