JOB PURPOSE:
· Responsible for the financial health of the company. Producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research. Support and advice Board of Management in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.
· Manage Financial budget for feed division pnl and working capital.
· Build up business case and proposal for customer finance solution.

KEY ACTIVITIES:
1. Finance Strategy & Budget Management:
· Develop and co-ordinate the overall financial Budget - together with colleagues.
· Guide the team for the overall delivery of the Vietnam Business plan.
· Locally execute financial strategy as decided by De Heus’ management or global headquarters.

2. Business Process & Financial reporting:
· Implement financial routines and key performance measures to provide regular feedback on company performance to key stakeholders.
· Build up effective Financial reports system on Power BI also corporate with Data team and other stakeholder to control their accuracy.
· Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
· Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
· Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget.
· Serve as primary legislative liaison relative to company financial issues.
· Provide required monthly reports for regional and corporate consolidation
· Control the master data on system

3. Credit Proposal:
· Calculate the effectiveness and proposal credit/ finance solution for customers
· Recommend changes in the credit policy to senior management.

4. Management and development of team:
· Design, establish and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the team's goals and objectives.
· Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
· Performance Management and propose of development of staff including succession planning
· Assist in setup and implementation of D365
· Identify any risk on operation and financial site during analyze financial data.

RESULTS:
· Strategic direction and objectives setting
· Accurate budget forecast
· Effective financial operations
· Timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting
· Accurate cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and control
· Reduce unnecessary risks
· Optimize company sales and reduce bad debt losses
