Job Description:

Building credit risk policies and processes in the assigned functional area to ensure the compliance with MB's processes and regulations to successfully implement the business unit's overall goals.

• Set credit risk management limits, credit risk management policies, credit policies, collateral policies, interest rate policies...;
• Provide guidance and update legal documents and regulations of State Bank of Vietnam relating to credit and investment.
• Adjust the credit approval system, propose policies/regulations on credit approval activities at MB in accordance with practices and actual implementation.
• Deploy, collect, and handle credit/investment risk management issues according to assigned scope.
• Assess risks for products and processes and design mitigation and monitoring measures.

• Develop and operate follow-up monitoring, early warning, limit management and collateral management strategies with customers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking - Finance, Economics,...
• TOEIC 450 or higher or equivalent certificate
• Candidates with certificate of CFA, FRM are preferable
• At least 3 years of experience working in Finance - Banking (credit relating jobs) or at least 1 year of experience in Credit Risk Management in Finance - Banking
