Prepare and provide the information on F&B costing, compare detailed F&B cost with revenue.
Compute daily cost for F&B, prepare monthly various cost report.
Prepare & advise the cost of staff canteen and outlets, duty meal expenses.
Reconcile the actual costs and record into VAS system.
Oversee proper record-keeping of inventories, assist in the review of improvement on stock control system.Conduct and supervise monthly stock-take in stores, kitchens & outlets.
Reconcile inventory accounts (A&L).
Costing related information reports to management and other reports as required.

Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree from university/college in Finance/ Accounting, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related major;
Minimum 01 year experiences in the same role, preferably with Marriott International brands
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, PMS System, Accounting tools
Fluent English communication
Good interpersonal and communication skills
