About this opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team of 20 professionals focused on building and integrating cutting-edge cloud infrastructure for the telecommunications industry. You will play a key role in designing, integrating, and automating telecom cloud solutions using platforms based on OpenStack, Kubernetes, and Docker, while collaborating in a culture of transparency and direct communication.
What you will do:
- Implement system integration and migration activities across cloud infrastructure environments
- Configure and integrate products in NFVi, SDI, and SDN domains
- Leverage container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker for telecom cloud deployments
- Automate operational processes using scripting and coding (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible)
- Participate in post-project activities including support, documentation, and optimization
- Ensure E2E technical understanding throughout the integration lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Share knowledge and collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders
- Manage hardware components such as servers, switches, and related network infrastructure
- Deliver results aligned with customer expectations and project timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IT, Telecommunications, or related field)
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in system integration and cloud environments
- Proven experience with:
- Cloud platforms such as OpenStack
- Container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker
- Telecom cloud components including NFVi, SDI, SDN
- Familiarity with telecom technologies such as IMS, Packet Core, and 5G is an advantage
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality results
- Demonstrated ability in applying technology and innovation to real-world solutions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing capabilities
- Good English skills

Đặc biệt, 2007 là năm đầu tiên Ericsson Việt Nam tuyển dụng các sinh viên tốt nghiệp từ các trường đại học Bách Khoa (tại Hà nội và TPHCM). Các tân cử nhân được tuyển ngay sau đó đã tham gia chương trình đào tạo như các khóa đào tạo chuyên đề trên Web tại các trung tâm đào tạo vùng hay toàn cầu của Ericsson và đồng thời được đào tạo trong quá trình trực tiếp tham gia các dự án đang triển khai.
