What You Will Do In Your Role
- Implement die maintenance, then setup die on Machine, inspection to meet quality requirement.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs die and report to Engineer when have difficulties
- Assist Engineer to ensure the overall dies efficiency and schedule adhere to meet company’s goal
- Work closely with Engineer to carry out repairing and maintenance works
- Co-operate with QC & admin, die engineer, machine operation to improve quality, material efficiency, delivery on time
- Control die maintain tool, jig.
- Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.
- At least 2 years working in stamping workshop- die maintain position.
- Good knowledge indie maintenance,
- Can use surface grinding to re-sharp punch & die
- Can use other tool for die maintain: polishing machine, cleaning machine, laser welding machine,…
- Can use measurement equipment: microscope, micrometre, calliper.
- Be able to read technical drawings
- Good knowledge at stamping processes
- Training skills
