Mô Tả Công Việc

Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Limited is an independent member firm of Grant Thornton International. We are a leading professional services organisation in Vietnam providing Audit, Tax, Advisory and Business Process Solution services. We have a professional team of 13 Partners and more than 350 professional staffs in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of Japan Desk Associate for 7 months temporary of our Hanoi office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Translate relevant documents and provide verbal interpretation between Japanese, Vietnamese, and English;
• Arrange professional meetings with clients, including closing meetings with audit clients and meetings with potential clients;
• Act as a liaison between clients and professional staff;
• Support internal communication between the Japan Desk and professional teams, and assist Director of the Japan Desk in business development activities;
• Study tax implications and accounting matters upon client request, and provide advisory support; and
• Carry out general administrative and secretarial duties as and when required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Required Qualifications/skills
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent Japanese language skills in writing, speaking, and listening (at least N2 level);
• Good communication skills in English;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Working experience in a Japanese company or Japan Desk is a plus;
• Accounting and tax knowledge is a plus;
