1. Responsibilities
- In charge of drafting, reviewing, and revising service contracts, annexes, appendixes, letters, and other legal documents of the company
- Participating in researching and providing legal opinion on requested matters
- Supporting Sales and Service Department to answer inquiries and complaints related to Service Contracts, legal issues of the project and other related issues.
- Detecting and advising on possible risks to the operation of the Company
- Updating relevant changes in legal systems and analyzing the influence of such changes.
- Working closely with co-operative legal.
- Perform other duties relating to law/legal as assigned and required by the Board of Directors
2. Requirements
- Education background: University degree in Law/Legal or higher education
- Having Lawyer Card and Lawyer Practice Cert is an advantage.
- Must have a strong command of English communication (both in writing and verbal)
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good communication skills: Able to work independently and in collaboration with the other departments.
- Having experience of at least 5 years or more in equivalent positions
- Sharp and strong in order to lead the legal negotiations not SUPPORT role
