Love working with people, handling diverse & challenging problems? We want you in our team! We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Driver Operations Associate based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Ideal candidate should not be afraid to try new things and get ready to make history together with the rest of the ops team at Lalamove Hanoi. You will be in charge of scheduling and training Lalamove drivers and will need to take full ownership of a crucial component of our business. What You Will Do

• Assist DOPS Lead in leading and handling driver operations at Lalamove driver centers and ensure compliance with Lalamove’s driver policies, processes and operational standards;
• Execution plans of acquisition and expansion activities that were cascaded by Acquisition and Offline Presence team to achieve targets;
• Manage driver performance and cooperate with other departments to deliver best services to end users and drivers;
• Identify, sign contracts with, and manage the performance of 3PL HUB;
• Analyze related data and information in order to extract insights of drivers/partners’ performance and have further solutions;
• Implement and optimize systems, processes and initiatives to ensure high-quality of driver performance on our platform;
• Manage & support operations staff at Lalamove driver centers and ensure their KPIs are achieved;
• Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by the Line Manager/ Department Manager.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred;Strong communication, management skill, and data-driven decision-making;
• 2-3 years of operational/leadership experience, preferably in a logistics/e-commerce fulfillment environment;
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
• Good English and data analysis skills;
• Hard-working, honest, responsible; self -motivated, and self-confident.
