• Perform import sourcing / order taking process (sales to cash process) and able to deliver products to customers effectively.

• Follow up payment, arrange shipment and well coordinate with related cross functional team.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support by handle day to day operations efficiently.

• Provide immediate response to customers’ problems, and able to take action or follow up with appropriate solutions.

• Be a front line or contact person with customers and coordinate with cross functional team (in VN or TH) to arrange shipment and deliver cargo as customer requested and build customer relationships.

• Performs related work as per assigned.

• Bachelor of Business Administration/ Logistic/ Accountant or related field.

• 01 - 05 years of relevant experience in Customer service; Sales Support; Order Managament; Logistic Support Officer or related field of Manufacturing; Garment; Factory, Trading, Retail ( Import & Export), FMCG

• Experience with ERP, SAP experience. (Preferable)

• Good coordination skill and good communication.

• Good command in English (Speaking & Writing)

• Open minded, positive thinking and ability to work under pressure.

• Self- motivated, Eager to learn, and willing to learn and use technology.

• Has a Teamwork and can do attitude and have a strong work ethic.

• Service minded, logical Thinking and good in problem solving skills.
