Mô tả công việc
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our team with the main job responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding of Personnel: Job posting, CV screening, interviewing, onboarding.
- Monitor and draft notices, decisions, and labor contracts related to personnel.
- Handle procedures related to social insurance and health insurance: Report increases and decreases, manage sick leave, maternity benefits, etc.
- Track attendance and leave days of employees.
- Prepare monthly payroll, bonuses, allowances, and other benefits for employees.
- Organize performance reviews and evaluations after probation, mid-year, and year-end.
- Organize internal communication events.
- Other tasks assigned by director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written in English and Vietnamese).
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
- Good level of source, hunting, communication and negotiation with potential candidates.
- Candidates with experience in education (ie English training center, study abroad consultation) and IT are preferred
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality, strong organizational and planning skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Being careful, detail-oriented, and keen on working with figures.
