📦 What You Will Deliver

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new drivers, ensuring a steady supply to meet operational demands
• Manage and monitor recruitment campaigns, leveraging online platforms, local communities, and referral programs
• Conduct necessary training sessions for new drivers or regular training updates on best practices for existing drivers
• Monitor driver performance and address issues related to behavior or compliance
• Build strong relationships with drivers to enhance satisfaction and retention through well-planned programs and engagement campaigns
• Handle driver's inquiries, complaints, and other operational issues raised 
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Team Management:

• Manage a team of 2 executives on daily operation activities
• Train and support team members to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
• Proactively develop initiatives to drive customer excellence in the department 
• Be the first contact point for solving customer complains
• Monthly provide performance feedback to team members 

🌟 Who You Are

• Degree holder or above
• With 3-5 years of relevant working experience in recruiting and managing drivers (preferably logistics platform companies)
• Hands-on and on-site person 
• Can travel to the site as ja ob requirement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic computer and software knowledge
• Good problem-solving, communication, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and well organized
• Enthusiastic in logistics, technology, and e-commerce industries
