Job Description
- Client Acquisition: Build relationships with potential clients through existing networks, focusing on lead generation rather than cold calling.
- Relationship Management: Strengthen existing client relationships by understanding and meeting their needs effectively.
- Sales Focus: Grow revenue by upselling or cross-selling to current clients rather than seeking new ones.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and client-specific needs relevant to assigned accounts.
- Collaboration: Work across teams to fulfill existing client needs efficiently.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate reports and forecasts for existing account performance and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bacherlor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales at least more than 1 years, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and familiarity with MS office, MS team, JIRA…
- Good presentation and communication skills.
