Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Main responsibilities: Repair endoscopes and peripherals.
- Delivery/ receive equipment with customer, conduct cleaning and sterilization for equipment.
- Perform inspection, make technical report and issue quotation for defective equipment.
- Perform repair after getting agreement from customer and make sure to repair equipment under Olympus standard quality.
- Attend all training repair courses.

2. Other responsibilities.
- Loaner/ Demo: Perform checking on returned loaners/ demos to find out any detective (if any) and ensure all returned equipment are under good conditions.
- Tool, Jig, Facilities: Frequently check situation and maintain 5S of Tool, Jig, Facilities to make sure that they are always under good conditions.
- Read and understand all new updates of product, technical, quality management…
- Support Managers to conduct periodic reviews to improve Technical Service's activities in standard and follow Olympus policy.
- Meeting and Report: Attend all necessary meetings to make sure all activities, targets are according to plans and following directions of Managers
- Support Field Service for in-house/on-site activities in case requested.
- Other tasks assigned by Managers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- College degree/ bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge for electrical, electronic, mechanical, bio medical
- Having 1 year or more work experience related technical
- Skillful
- Problem-solving skill
- Communication skill
- Teamwork skill
- Fluently speaking in English (TOEIC650)
- Computer skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Honest, dynamic, creative, have the will to advance
