1. Market visualization & analysis:
- Research the market situation what kind of training needs and seeds the customer has
- Summarize HCP information and find next generation to increase the number of local trainers for all of procedures
- Analyze the research data to understand bottleneck and making hypothesis to plan effective training

2. Outside Communication
- Submit monthly and quarterly report to SM inc. next action plan
- Hold periodical meetings with OCAP MA member to exchange the idea and information
- Have daily communication with colleagues and other SBCs to obtain valuable information
- Attend periodical regional meeting and report our market situation and customer voice to OCAP

3. Market development
- Make annual event plan to increase the number of endoscopist and procedures with KPI and KGI, and make a proposal to SM
- Collaborate with NGO society and OCAP MA to maximize the effectiveness of MA event
- Consider the contents of MA event in accordance with Doctor's skill and to build up original value
- Organize MA event in conjunction with Local and Global HCP
- Improve awareness for importance of periodical health check-up to the public

4. Sales / Service / RA / SCM support
- Collaborate with Sales, Service and SCM Member or Team for marketing and MA initiatives to complete projects and daily activities
- Support SCM from MKT standpoints for preparation of sample and Demo asset delivery with the aim at timely delivery

5. Others
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
