Liaise with relevant managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to schedule and arrange training programs.
Review, organize, and coordinate the preparation of materials and aids necessary to support the effective delivery of training programs.
Monitor the progress of training programs and consolidate progress data into comprehensive progress reports.
Conduct a review of each program class, identify issues and/or concerns, and make recommendations accordingly.
Participate in projects aimed at improving the effectiveness of training programs.
Other tasks assigned by manager.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Good at English (TOEIC 700/IELTS 5.5)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
