JOB PURPOSE: The Accountant is responsible for accurately tracking and recording lending activities, monitoring G&A expenses, and ensuring timely and precise entry into the ERP system. Key duties include verifying expense documentation, controlling costs, supporting VAT tax data collection, and facilitating financial reporting.

I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Tracking and accounting for lending activities

• Monitor and account for transactions related to lending activities.

Tracking and processing G&A expenses

• Monitor payment requests on the base system for all G&A expenses and compile weekly reports.
• Record accurately and timely all incurred expenses into the ERP system, ensuring compliance with expense regulations.

Verification and control of expenses

• Verify the validity of documents for each expense item.
• Control costs within the scope of work.
• Maintain comprehensive records of expenses.

Support for VAT tax data collection

• Assist in collecting data for VAT tax filing.

Financial reporting

• Understand and prepare financial reports as required.

Other duties as assigned by management

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
● Knowledge
- Education: Graduated in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in American accounting is an advantage.
● Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Diligent, hardworking, able to handle high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail, quick-thinking, and high level of responsibility.
- Proficient in English language skills, both reading and writing.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and ERP-365 Dynamics software.
• Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in general accounting and previous employment in an E-commerce company.
