Be in charge of recruitment for Convenience Store (CVS) operations based on weekly, monthly, quarterly requests.
Work closely with the hiring manager to understand the operation and current situation of store staff
Implement the plan external recruitment strategy to ensure achieve TA's goal;
Improve effectiveness and success in recruiting, retaining and engaging employees.
Work with Employer Branding Team to enhance the talent pool;
In charge of hotline and answering questions related to recruitment on channels;
Track and make reports to optimize conversion rate for Store Recruitment.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field;
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
At least 1 year of experience in FnB, CVS and chain store mass recruitment. (Must)
Interviewing skill;
Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager learning;
Good sense of caring people and company culture;
Strong logical thinking/problem-solving skill;
Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
