Shopfloor & Sales Management
- Plan daily tasks for shopfloor, fitting room, and cash desk.
- Motivate the team to increase sales and meet/exceed budgets.
- Communicate daily with management regarding personnel, product, and procedures.
- Maintain standards throughout the day and at closing.
Team Management
- Lead and motivate the team, ensuring proper training and development.
- Support team retention and performance management.
Customer Service
- Ensure high customer service levels and resolve issues as needed.
- Reinforce company return policy and support product knowledge.
Health and Safety
- Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure safety practices. Communicate incidents to senior management.
Yêu cầu công việc

At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail chains (Big brands).

Or candidates with over 1 year of Shopfloor & Sales Management experience, and English proficiency, in Food and Beverage or Hospitality chains.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
