A. Position Purpose (a summary of the general nature, level and the reason why the position exists)
Focus on Tax and accounting and support Finance Manager on other issues (Audit, Legal, External Relations, etc.)
The role provides an opportunity for an individual to gain valuable, practical experience in corporate accounting and tax areas in Vietnam and further develop their skills under the detailed guidance from seniors and managers at Tessellation Vietnam.
B. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Checking the process and verifying invoices from vendors purchase on a monthly basis and instruct the other department to work for appropriate docs flow.
- Ensure all invoices have full supporting documents, follow internal procedures are compliant with Vietnam Accounting Standards and Tax Regulations
- Analyzing specific accounts/ transactions on regular basis to improve any process needed and taking appropriate actions.
- Preparing and completing ongoing corporate tax obligations and commitments
- Review and record monthly accrual, AP, AR and financial report at month end
- Update tax law and custom regulation- Background in Finance, Accounting
- At least 02 - 03 years working experience in accounting or finance
- Experience at mid-management level is a plus
- Experience with trading company or MNCs and manufacturing sector is a plus
- English communication
- Curiosity, learning attitude, commitment, teamwork and mid-level management experience are desirable
