WHAT YOU WILL GET:

We are looking for a bright mind to join our Commercial team as Product Management Intern. Joining that department, you will be involved in what is probably the most exciting area of our company: product development. You will get the chance to learn about the management of the offer at The Cocoa project in terms of product and services, and how to bring the right offering to our target audience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Research market data, cost data based on the company’s development plan;
• Support supervisor to work with suppliers in admin tasks;
• Follow up and support product schedule and make sure that deadlines are met;
• Be able to review and translate between English and Vietnamese language of suppliers’ contract and product content if required;
• Report updates verbally and in written form to the supervisor;
• Collecting bills, invoices, and doing payment requests accordingly to product tasks;
• Purchases & supplier management for Marketing: Research, put together options/quotes; Negotiate best rate, payment terms & deliverables; Test – printing; Following suppliers’ payments with the accountant to make sure it’s correct and on time;
• Support in products shooting and filming
• Oversee display in store/merchandising;
• Collaborate with Operations for tailor-made requests
• Other tasks: as line manager’s request
