Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for supplying growth in key markets per our strategy. You will focus on growing Gohub's market presence and strategy in your assigned market and vesting partners, converting leads, and acquiring, and maintaining strategic partner relationship management. You will develop localized strategies to develop partnerships in the newly tapped markets, working with the Growth, Product, and Operations teams.
At the end of the day, you will be accountable for the revenue targets of Gohub through the partnerships and B2B channels of these markets. You will identify new global business opportunities, build partnerships, and manage a BD/B2B sales team to ultimately drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish global strategic partnerships in the travel industry, including travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and tourism boards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to drive mutual growth and success.
- Market Expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand our customer base.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the growth team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to fit with promoting Gohub brand and presence in the targeted market
- Close deals with travel partners to drive sales for new markets.
- Proposal and Contract Management:
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure all agreements and contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements and enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, globally preferably in the travel industry.
- Proven track record of establishing and managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Extensive network and strong relationships within the travel industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
