Job description
-Welcome guests; handle incoming calls and in/out mails
-Assist in managing the cashflow book and expense report for the office;
-Assist in organizing office activities;
-Work closely with all departments to assist and monitor daily admin works;
-Manage office equipment (purchase, maintain, …); HR and admin documents;
-Assist in onboarding, and offboarding process
-Prepare monthly attendance records;
-Issue ERP system (Microsoft Dynamic).
-Assist the supervisors with the submission of documents related to banks, Tax, Social Insurance Dept, and Trade Unions if needed.
-Other HR and admin tasks that the supervisor assigns.
Requirement (“All of the followings shall be met”)
-Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience preferably related industries.
-Bachelor’s degree
-Proficient in MS Office.
-Proven good communication.
-Proactive, highly organized, and with superb attention to detail.
-Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
-Be responsible and hard-working with assigned tasks.
Soft Skills:
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with employees.
-Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Time management skills.
