• To process international sales orders 
• To purchase the goods and materials from different countries through company net-work system 
• To manage goods receipt at warehouse in Hong Kong and Vietnam 
• To manage delivery schedule to meet customer requests 
• To arrange the shipments, import and export activities under VN customs rule in coordination with forwarders 
• To co-ordinate with other Departments for customer’s support (customer inquiries, complaints, credit problems…) 
• Any other tasks assigned by manager from time to time 

• Successful candidate will be offered a GOOD REMUNERATION PACKAGE, and chances to work in a professional working environment 
• Working time: 8:00 ~ 17:00 from Monday to Friday
• Bonus (2~4 months salary 1 year)
• External insurance (up to 2.5 million / visit)
• Traveling abroad or domestic resorts
• Or have events and team building in the company

• University graduated (Foreign Trade University, Economics University, Hanoi University, University of Commerce… preferable)  
• Good English communication, strong negotiation skills
• Preference will be given to candidates with an import-export orientation
• Smart and logical thinking, ability to work independently 
• Capable of working under high pressure 
• Trust, dynamic, hard-working and high responsibilities, eager to learn and good personality 
• Have strong passion and long term oriented career path in import/export, logistics and SCM business 

SALARY: ~15,000,000 VND (GROSS)
