· Training and Development: Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they are well-versed in company policies and order processing systems.

· Process online orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all customer requirements are met.

· Monitor order processing systems to verify transactions and ensure smooth workflow.

· Handle order-related issues by investigating and resolving them through our ticketing system.

· Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and dispatched on time.

· Update order statuses and maintain accurate records in the company's database.

· Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends in order-related tickets to management for process improvement.

· Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting order processing.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and customer support.

· Proven Experience: Previous experience in order processing, logistics, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management position.

· Proven experience in order processing, e-commerce, or a similar role.

· Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

· Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.

· Strong proficiency in using order management systems, databases, and ticketing platforms.
