The Commercial Excellence Lead & Marketing Analyst will be responsible for leading the deployment, adoption, and optimization of Corteva Vietnam’s key commercial platforms—such as Salesforce CRM, Connect Plus, and the Club Premier loyalty app. The role will serve as the central owner for platform implementation, enablement, and continuous improvement, ensuring these tools deliver maximum business impact across Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation.
In addition, this role will generate powerful insights from commercial data sources to support decision-making, track performance, and improve return on investment (ROI). This includes providing actionable insights on channel performance, territory planning, and customer segmentation to drive more targeted and effective commercial strategies. The position will also play a critical role in evaluating and integrating new technologies—such as AI, satellite imagery, and ag-tech solutions—to enhance operational effectiveness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Platform Ownership & Execution
- Lead implementation and drive adoption of Salesforce CRM, Connect Plus, and Club Premier loyalty applications across commercial teams; optimising digitisation to streamline efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve our connectivity with farmers and channel partners.
- Ensure platform alignment with business processes and provide user training, support, and performance monitoring.
- Manage digital vendor relationships and identify innovative ag-tech partnerships to improve data-driven decision-making (e.g. AI, satellite-based analytics).
- Align and seek best practice from across Corteva APAC.
- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple platforms to deliver timely, actionable insights on sales performance, customer engagement, channel management and campaign effectiveness.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help track sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and program ROI.
- Provide regular analytics to support ROI tracking, demand generation effectiveness, territory planning and marketing strategies.
- Deliver recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance analysis and market feedback.
- Align and seek best practice from across Corteva APAC.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs/KPMs) across sales and marketing activities.
- Support demand generation performance tracking and campaign insight reviews (collaborating with campaign execution and DG Leads).
- Partner with Marketing Team to track and evaluate new product launches, ensuring alignment with go-to-market plans
- Align and seek best practice from across Corteva APAC.
- Support the design, tracking, and analysis of customer engagement initiatives, including Club Premier and the C1–C2 channel linkage strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance reach, retention, and value through digital customer programs.
- Monitor and analyze Vietnam’s crop protection market using import/export data, competitor benchmarking, and industry reports.
- Deliver strategic market intelligence summaries to help shape commercial planning and resource allocation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, digital platform management/implementation
- Proven ability to manage and implement CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., in-particular Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
- Experienced and Skilled in change management
- Excellent competency in data tools (Excel, Power BI) and analytical problem-solving skills with a clear business impact focus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in digital transformation or commercial enablement roles
- Exposure to customer loyalty programs, demand planning, or campaign effectiveness tracking
- Agricultural experience is not required and can be developed on the job
