Evergreen Line operates a modern fleet of container ships with a combined capacity of more than 1.7 million TEU and maintains services across a broad array of trade lanes around the world.

As the agent for Evergreen Line in Vietnam.

• We are now seeking responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented Accountant member to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh Office- Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Description is as below:

• Invoice processing: Responsible for processing invoices such as: receive, check invoice’s information, and input them into the accounting system, ensuring correct VAT amount, tariff and expense item based on contract.
• Payment control: Monitor due date of payment, timely process and cross-check with contract payment terms to avoid late payment penalties.
• Supplier reconciliation: Timely reconciliation of supplier statements against the internal system to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Reporting: Report on accounts payable weekly/monthly to the manager.
• Documentation: Maintain an organized filing system for all vouchers, invoices, and contracts for tax audit purposes.
• Other tasks as requested by the department head.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education & Background

• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance. 
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software, understanding of tax regulations, invoices, and contracts. 
• Soft Skills: Careful, logical, and good communication skills. 
• Experience: Previous experience in Accounting/Finance preferred. 

General requirements:

• College or University graduation.
• Age is not over 28. 
• Good English in 4 skills speaking, reading, listening and writing.
• Ability to work under high pressure and have good team work spirit.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, careful and hard-working.
