As an NVIDIA CSP Partner, we are investing $200 million in the AI Factory project, equipped with NVIDIA’s advanced H100 and H200 GPUs and AI Enterprise frameworks. This initiative delivers GPU Cloud services to accelerate AI applications like Generative AI, enhance productivity, and support the development of high-value AI platforms for diverse industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to analyze and refine product requirements, translating them into detailed wireframes, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Lead the coordination with cross-functional Scrum teams to facilitate smooth delivery of product features, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior studies on a global scale to identify technology trends and user insights.
• Proactively manage and track task progress, removing blockers and ensuring timely resolution of issues within the Scrum process.
• Facilitate communication among technical teams, stakeholders, and business units to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Support the team in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology-driven projects or AI-related domains.
• Strong expertise in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Good command of English, with strong reading and writing skills; speaking and listening skills are a plus.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Highly organized and self-driven, able to follow up independently on tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and market research.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and taking on challenging assignments.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related technology domains.
• Familiarity with wireframing and specification tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Experience in global market and user research.
