• Deploy, configure, and monitor Cloud infrastructure components (VMs, Storage, Network, Containers, Load Balancers, etc.).
• Handle and resolve technical support requests from customers (Cloud Support).
• Monitor system health to ensure stable operations; perform backup and incident response tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, availability, and security.
• Propose improvement solutions to enhance efficiency and minimize risks for the Cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in research and implementation of new technologies in Cloud, DevOps, and Automation.• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Strong foundational knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows Server), networking, and virtualization.
• Experience working with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Private Cloud solutions (OpenStack, VMware, Proxmox, etc.).
• Preferably experienced in troubleshooting, customer support, or real-world Cloud system deployment.
• Logical thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Nice to have (preferred but not mandatory):
• Cloud-related certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform, or other automation tools. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerized systems.
