What You'll Do
As a Product Marketing Supervisor for Industrial Lubricants, you will play a crucial role in the operational management of the Metal Working Fluids and Industrial Lubricants portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the product lifecycle from idea generation to product launching. You will also be responsible for coordinating cross-functional collaboration with various departments such as R&D, Supply Chain, Production, Finance and Sales. Additionally, you will manage the Product Database and Digital application for the Sales and Technical Service teams.
- Manage and keep updated Product Database and Digital application for the Sales and Technical Service teams
- Coordinate New Product Request, New Product Development and New Product Introduction Process
- Create, extend and keep updated Industrial products SKUs in SAP system
- Lead the process of creating new SKUs in SAP with different functions – R&D, Supply Chain, Production, QA, Sales, Finance
- Conduct secondary market research on customer needs, trends, product offerings, pricing, and consumption data using import/export databases, open sources, others.
- Lead product marketing materials development by working with agencies & designers independently
- Lead new product introduction & communication activities
- Support other regional activities around digital marketing (website development), content development, event marketing, brand management
As a Product Marketing Supervisor for Industrial Lubricants, you bring a wealth of experience from your time spent working in a manufacturing B2B company dealing with complex products. Your understanding of Product Management & Product Marketing activities is second to none. You have proven experience conducting competitor/market analysis and are proficient in MS Power Point/MS Excel. Your ability to work independently in an international environment, coupled with your strong communication skills and high degree of empathy for others’ perspectives and circumstances, makes you the ideal candidate for this role.
- Degree holder in Marketing / Engineering / Economics / Management
- At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing B2B company with complex products
- Understanding of Product Management & Product Marketing activities
- Experience in competitors / market analysis
- High level of MS Power Point / MS Excel proficiency
- Experience of working in international environment
- Proactive with strong communication skills
- English proficiency at Upper Intermediate Level or above
- Experience of working with 3rd party contractors / vendors
