II. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To implement and manage recruitment and talent acquisition plan.
- Implement recruitment activities following yearly plan/ request.
- Fulfill recruitment requests with enough quantity, quality, timeline, and cost saving.
- Keep recruitment progress in control and recorded.
- Develop banks of tests, interview questions, selection methods, candidate pools. to increase recruitment quality.
- Update the fanpage to improve company branding & promote recruitment activities on it.
- Manage the department cost beating the budget with early notification for off track (if any).
2. To support policy & regulations in human resource development
- Analyze and propose methods to optimize recruitment activities: job fair, school cooperation, channels, talent pool management.
- Continuously improve recruitment procedures/methods to meet market changes and talent acquisition trends.
III.JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-7 years of relevant working experience, strong in sourcing and recruiting multiple levels in trading/service companies or fast-paced environment. Having experience in recruiting expats is a plus.
- Strong in English communication
- Performing and inspiring continuous improvement for professional recruitment process
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders’ expectations, consulting hiring managers about labor market.
