I. Quality support and control
1. Quality support Job:
- Responsible for making and revise GWI ,check list、
report format and other technical documents of specified products or specified client
- Provide training and support to related customer service
- Solve the technical question from client
2. Inspection guidance
- Check inspection documents before inspection( Including PO, inspection application ,client email. Technical documents and so on)
- Provide inspection training and technical support to inspector when necessary
- Answer the qustion from on site inspector
- For special case, go to factory to perform inspection
3. Report review: Check all report accuracy and complete when inspector send back report
II. Confirm quotation ( Man day) for every order
1. Complete quotation rule about different product.
2. Confirm final quotation of every order,(need to use client special quote standard to provide when necessary)
3. For high quotation, need to check with Chinese QM leader
III. Training and assessment
1. Assessment: Need to assess new inspector to pass probation, and unnoticed audit for inspector
2. Training Provide technical training to inspector /Customer service/ sales about basic inspection knowledge when necessary
Finish other task from team leader1.Expertise: College graduate or Bachelor's degree in one or more industrial specialization; technical product related field.
2.Language: Fluent English
3.Skills:
o Strong in communication and instruction;
o Good in Microsoft Office and flair to new system application;
o Very good analytical mind;
o Skimming, flair error recognition.
4.Experience:
At least 5 years experienced in product design, production or inspection work OR 3 years in inspection and/or quality assurance or technical support in a third-party TIC company; Fa-miliar with international quality standards and requirement.
5.Personality:
o Independent and proactive;
o Good communication;
o Careful, detail attentive;
o Solution oriented with a can-do attitude;
o On time and accuracy;
