Mô tả công việc

•  Direct the activities of the food and beverage department to maintain and improve productivity, food quality, service, creativity and merchandising to increase volume, sales profits.
•  Maintain effective communication on the activities of department with the other operating departments in the hotel in order to provide the best possible service to the guest of the hotel
•  Directs the functions of the administration and planning of the F&B department to meet daily needs of the operation. Insures decisions are made that correspond to those of the General Director and established policies
•  Confers with management on reports, forecasts, budget, policy and future, planning. Recommend to management changes or innovations in policy, procedures and equipments
•  Establish policies with management and schedules for the operation of all restaurants and bars to achieve a productive and profitable results
•  Assist the sub department heads in testing and experimental projects to upgrade product or procedures
•  Instill in sub department heads a high concern for effective control of food, beverage and labor cost
•  Participates with the Chef and Restaurant Managers in analyzing, evaluating and writing of attractive and creative menus, incorporating local regional cuisine, season ability, package etc., designed to attract a predetermined sophisticated and diversified customers market
•  Reviews prices, sources of supply, food and beverage sales trends, inventories
•  Keep aware of trends, practice and equipment in food and beverage presentation and service in the hotel and restaurant field

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Native Vietnamese, good English.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track records.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-handling skills
