La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery, a proud member of the Accor group, is seeking a dedicated and service-minded Reservation Agent to join our elegant beachfront retreat.

As a Reservation Agent, you will play a vital role in creating seamless booking experiences and delivering personalized service to our future guests. You will be one of the first touchpoints in the guest journey – ensuring each reservation is handled with accuracy, warmth, and professionalism.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.

2. Enter, update, and manage guest booking information in the resort’s reservation system.

3. Confirm bookings, send reservation details, and provide pre-arrival support to guests.

4. Coordinate closely with Front Office and Sales teams to ensure a smooth check-in and overall guest experience.

5. Manage group bookings, special requests, and VIP arrangements.

6. Provide accurate information on room rates, availability, resort facilities, and promotions.

7. Resolve booking-related issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

8. Maintain accurate records of reservations, amendments, and cancellations.

• College or university background in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations, Front Office, or a similar customer service role.
• Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Warm, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments.
• Flexibility with work schedule when required.
