• Oversee all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and development, C&B.
• Manage employee welfare facilities, including the canteen, staff dormitory, and coordination with the onsite nurse to ensure wellbeing and safety.
• Cultivate a workplace culture that honors local traditions while reflecting the values of the MHI brand.
• Ensure all HR practices align with Vietnamese labor regulations and Meliá Hotels International standards.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and career progression.
• Partner with department leaders to strengthen team performance and support overall operational excellence.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR compliance.
• Ability to integrate local cultural values with international HR standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English (spoken and written).
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and a people-first mindset.
