Mô tả công việc
• To open and close the bar, keep outlet clean and tidy following to the required standard.
• Ability to receive, check and store stock according to the Hotel procedures.
• Greet guest courteously, address them by name if possible, and be prepared to help guest when necessary.
• Take orders from the guests and listen carefully. When the guests need something that is not on your menu, please try your best to please the guests.
• Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes.
• Ability to sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling.
• To maintain your departmental area in a safe, hygienic and presentable state at all time and report any damage to furniture, fittings and equipment to your Supervisor.
• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu.
• To assist Bar Supervisor to conduct daily, weekly and monthly inventory.

Yêu cầu công việc
• College degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• Mandatory experience in F&B with a minimum experience of 1-2 year in a similar role within.
• Beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.
• The ability to cope under pressure.
• Proficiency in English to serve guests and making report.
• Statement of honest and no criminal record.
