The role involves spearheading sustainability initiatives and integrating responsible practices throughout the company‘s operations, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sustainability field.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Coordinate, manage and participate in sustainability projects across the organization- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project execution- Support research on best practices and industry trends, data collection and analysis related to sustainability projects- Monitor progress report for current initiatives and provide recommendation for Kaizen- Develop training materials, awareness campaigns and conduct training to promote sustainability among employees and customers- Execute and Coordinate Zero Waste operation and development including 3rd party corporation, meet the commitment of % diversion rate for sustainably-committed stores (Pizza 4P’s Hikari Binh Duong & Pizza 4P‘s Lotte Tay Ho )- Work collaboratively with Sustainability team in Vietnam and globally for any sustainable project development- Keep a rigorous reporting with periodic updates of program status, problem and challenges with zero waste and sustainability operation to Management team- Implement and participate in KAIZEN for sustainability initiatives that align with 4P’s Brand Sustainability Goal and Sustainability Reporting System- Work collaboratively with Sustainability team in Cambodia and globally for any sustainable project development.--------------------------------JOIN US, LET’S SEE WHAT WE CAN OFFERCompetitive salary & allowances13th month salary12 annual leave days24/7 accident insuranceInternal discount (~50%) for brands of Pizza 4P‘s, Ippudo, About Life Coffee, etc
